President Muhammadu Buhari has approved that negotiation should be carried out for $15 billion loan for the completion of work on the Port Harcourt – Maiduguri rail project.

The Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Ameachi, made this known when he briefed State House correspondents after a closed door meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, on Tuesday.

According to him, the president has also given the approval for negotiations of funds for the execution of Lagos –Calabar rail project to ensure its speedy completion.

Certainly, Amaechi and Fashola are not just the two most powerful Ministers but they are equally the most corrupt ministers since 1999. Despite budget allocation, the two ministers have always find a way to gain loan approval to implement projects in their ministry.

In October last year, Amaechi started this process when he said FG needs loan of $36B. The controversy here is if Nigeria has the capacity to implement $10b rail project in 4 years. This means papers will be signed and money stolen to a foreign country.

Amaechi and Fashola are the biggest winners of this administration and they are rightfully so after sponsoring the campaign back in 2014/2015.
